Preview & Approval Process

For all group orders, we create a custom preview/mockup before production. Here's how it works:

  1. You submit your order with all personalization details.
  2. We create your preview within 1–2 business days.
  3. We send the preview to your email for review.
  4. You reply "Approved" and we start production.
  5. Changes after approval may not be possible, so please check all details carefully.
