BrideFits respects the intellectual property rights of others, and we expect our design partners to do the same. If you believe that any product or content on bridefits.com infringes your copyright or trademark, please send us a notice and we will review it promptly.
How to submit an infringement notice
Email support@bridefits.com with the subject line "DMCA / IP Notice" and include:
- Your full name, mailing address, phone number and email address.
- A description of the copyrighted work or trademark you believe is being infringed (include the registration number if available).
- The URL of each product or page on bridefits.com that you believe infringes your rights.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the rights owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the rights owner or are authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
What happens next
When we receive a complete notice, we review it and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the reported content. We may share a copy of the notice with the person who submitted the content.
Counter-notice
If you believe content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you can send a counter-notice to the same email address. Include your contact details, the removed content and its former URL, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the content was removed by mistake.
Repeat infringement
We permanently remove designs and stop working with designers or partners who repeatedly infringe the rights of others.
