📦 A Note About Vacuum Packaging
Your hat ships vacuum-sealed to keep it protected during transit - which means it may arrive looking a little flat or creased. This is completely normal. Just wear it for a bit, give it some time on your head, and it'll naturally reshape back to its original form. A little steam from a kettle held at a distance can also help speed things along if you're in a hurry.

* Since every piece is made to order, we need 3–5 business days to embroider and prep your hat. After that, shipping typically runs 5–11 business days depending on your location.
* Carriers can occasionally run behind - especially during peak seasons. We appreciate your patience when that happens!
