Please keep in mind that we use the DTG (direct to garment) method to print the ink into the fabric.
The ink combines with the fabric of the clothing, this means you can get some of the sweatshirt's original color coming through.
This does mean the print will last much longer than other printing styles like Vinyl or Sublimation which sit on top of the sweatshirt, but it can look less bright or slightly faded.
▸ Direct-To-Garment will not crack and peel like vinyl
▸ The ink is printed INTO the fabric, not sitting on top of it
▸ This means it will last a lot longer and wash much better
Please keep this in mind if you are expecting a vinyl-like bright design!

▸ Do not use Fabric Softeners or Bleach.
▸ Do not dry clean. Avoid ironing on the design.

▸ Take a look at the photos to see a specific sizing chart for all clothing types.
▸ Please note that these shirts are unisex size meaning they are not women’s fitted shirts. If you’re going for a more fitted look, we suggest size down.
▸ Lay your favorite shirt at home flat and measure armpit to armpit to compare to the size chart in the photos.
▸ If you want a relaxed/oversized fit like in many of these photos please size up 1-2 sizes.

▸ All of our shirts are custom printed just for you so we do not accept returns or exchanges due to size. We also cannot accept returns or exchanges for customer errors such as ordering a T-shirt instead of sweatshirt, or misspelled custom designs.
▸ If there are any obvious issues with the product such as wrong design, damaged product or blurry printing, please message us ASAP and we will replace it for free.
